Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 3-5  business days (excluding holidays).

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.

Shipping

• We ship within the United States using trusted carriers.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

• Local customers may choose local pickup at checkout—orders will be ready within 2 business days during store hours.

In-Store Pickup

• For in-store pickup, please wait for your confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

• Pickup is available during regular store hours at The Blue Shell Gifts & Decor inside Jacqueline Morgan Day Spa, Solomons, MD.

Payment Methods

• We accept all major credit cards, Shopify Pay, PayPal, and other secure payment options.

• Sales tax will be applied to orders in accordance with Maryland state law.

Product Availability

• Many of our items are handmade or one-of-a-kind, so availability is limited.

• If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you promptly and issue a refund or suggest alternatives.
